premises licences - applications and transfers

Following the implementation of the Licensing Act 2003 there has been a fundamental change to the law of alcohol and entertainment licensing. You no-longer require separate licenses. Instead a single Premises Licence can be obtained covering a number of ‘licensable activities’, including the sale of alcohol and the provision of entertainment such as plays, films, recorded and live music. We can assist your pub or restaurant in connection with Premises Licence applications, transfers and variations. In addition, should you wish to sell alcohol you must now have a Personal Licence.
