For example, a straightforward Declaration of Trust can record how property can be owned in equal or different shares by joint owners, including an agreed upon procedure where one party can buy out another party’s share of the property in the event of relationship breakdown and the parties going their separate ways. Our fees for such a straightforward Declaration of Trust are £200 + VAT.
